WHAT A MOTHER TOLD HER SON A DAY BEFORE HIS WEDDING!

Mummy’s boy, you are now a man. Tomorrow you will have a new mother, a new cook and a new person to share all your secrets with. It will no longer be me but her. Love your new mum even more than you love me. Before you walk into her arms forever, let me give you some words to guide you.
There was a day I was arguing with your father. We were screaming, tempers were high. I was angry and he was angry. Then I called him an idiot! He was shocked. He looked at me asking how dare I call him that? Immediately,I started calling him idiot, fool, stupid, crazy, I called him all sorts of names. Guess what he did? He didn’t raise his hands to hit me. He just walked away, banging the door as he went out.
My Son, if your father had hit me and damaged my face, how would you feel sitting here with me today? How would you regard him as your father? Would you have been proud of him or would you be blaming me for calling him names? Never hit your wife! No matter the provocation; just walk away and things will be normal. Whenever she offends you, think of this story I just told you, it could have been your mum!
Before I forget, after he left, I was filled with guilt. We slept on same bed that night and I went to him the next day. I pleaded with him, I did all I could to show am sorry and he forgave me. That day I cooked his favourite food, yes you know he loves pounded yam and Vegetable soup right? After that day, I never called him names, my respect for him was ten times stronger.
There is something very important you must always do, my son listen very carefully, defend your wife. When she is under pressure, stand by her. If your friends hate her, it is your duty to make them see her as a Queen. Your uncle, I mean Uncle Samuel, never liked me. But your father was always supportive until his perception changed and he continued to support me.
There was a day your father was going to host his boss and friends. They were three. That day I was in the kitchen cooking for them and your father went to buy drinks. When the table was set and food was served, everyone started eating. Then I remembered I did not add salt in the food. I was embarrassed. Your father tasted the food and looked at me. He immediately turned to the guests. He told them that he instructed his wife last month not to add salt whenever she is cooking because of some problem with his body. He said it in a funny way and everyone laughed! The guests understood and he asked me to bring salt and everyone added according to their taste. He managed to eat the food without salt. After the guests left, he went on his knees and asked God to forgive him for lying.
Your wife is like a baby, sometimes she doesn’t know what to say or do. Stand up and speak for her!
Now let me talk to you about sex. You see, sex is a wonderful thing. Do not be surprised if your wife enjoys and needs sex more than you do. There were days, I needed sex more than your father did and there were days he needed it more than I did but the important thing is to always try to satisfy the other when they need arises. Don’t always think of yourself.
There was a time things were hard and I needed to do two jobs to support your father. One night, I was so tired. When I got to bed he was in the mood. He tried to make love to me and I didn’t refuse him. I was tired but I felt I needed to be there when he needs me. When he tried undressing me, he saw my look and he stopped. He asked what was wrong and I said nothing. But he understands me better. He stopped and then started telling me stories until I fell asleep.
My son, sex is best enjoyed when the two parties are physically and mentally ready for it. Sometimes, read your wife and understand her.
Make it a habit to go everywhere with your wife. Beside your job, move around with her. If anyone invites you to his house and tells you not to come with your wife then be very careful. Use wisdom.
I know you love mummy… I know you tell me all your problems. But now things will be different.
Let your wife be the first to know before me. Let her be the first to see before me.
When you have problems with her don’t run to me immediately. Wait for a day or two days to pass and then talk to her about it. Pray about it. Report her to nobody but talk issues out within yourself.
Finally, don’t forget to come and visit me with your wife every month!
I know you will have a happy home. You will always be mummy’s boy. God will bless your home. Pls don't forget God, pray and seek His assistance always....

Never give up. .!!!

Marvan Attapattu Srilankan Cricketer

It’s a story that Harsha Bhogle, India’s most loved cricket commentator, loves to tell, over and over again.

Making his debut in Test cricket for Sri Lanka, Marvan scored a duck in his first innings. And again, in his second innings.
They dropped him. So he went back to the nets for more practice. More first-class cricket. More runs. Waiting for that elusive call.

And after twenty-one months, he got a second chance.
This time, he tried harder. His scores: 0 in the first innings, 1 in the second Dropped again, he went back to the grind. And scored tonnes of runs in first-class cricket. Runs that seemed inadequate to erase the painful memories of the Test failures.

Well, seventeen months later, opportunity knocked yet again. Marvan got to bat in both innings of the Test. His scores: 0 and 0. Phew!

Back to the grind. Would the selectors ever give him another chance? They said he lacked big-match temperament.

His technique wasn’t good enough at the highest level. Undaunted, Marvan kept trying.

Three years later, he got another chance. This time, he made runs. He came good. And in an illustrious career thereafter, Marvan went on to score over 5000 runs for Sri Lanka. That included sixteen centuries and six double hundreds. And he went on to captain his country. All this despite taking over six years to score his second run in Test cricket. Wow! What a guy!

How many of us can handle failure as well as he did? Six years of trying, and failing. He must have been tempted to pursue another career. Change his sport perhaps. Play county cricket. Or, oh well, just give up. But he didn’t. And that made the difference.

The next time you are staring at possible failure or rejection, think of Marvan.

And remember this: If you don’t give up, if you believe in yourself, if you stay the course, the run will eventually come. What more you could even become captain some day.

Today's condition in most of the churches. .:'(

A high school girl wrote the following letter to a friend:

I attended your church yesterday. Although you had invited me, you were not there. I looked for you, hoping to sit with you. I sat alone. A stranger, I wanted to sit near the back of the church but those rows were all packed with regular attenders. An usher took me to the front. I felt as though I was on parade.

1. During the singing of the hymns I was surprised to note that some of the church people weren’t singing. Between their sighs and yawns, they just stared into space.

2. Three of the kids that I had respected on campus were whispering to one another throughout the whole service. Another girl was giggling. I really didn’t expect that in your church.

3. The pastor’s sermon was very interesting, although some members of the choir didn’t seem to think so. They looked bored and restless. One kept smiling at someone in the congregation.

4. There were several people who left and then came back during the sermon. I thought, “How rude!” I could hear the constant shuffling of feet and doors opening and closing.

5. The pastor spoke about the reality of faith. The message got to me and I made up my mind to speak to someone about it after the service.

6. But utter chaos reigned after the benediction.

7. I said good morning to one couple, but their response was less than cordial.

8. I looked for some teens with whom I could discuss the sermon, but they were all huddled in a corner talking about the newest music group.

My parents don’t go to church. I came alone yesterday hoping to find a place to truly worship and feel some love. I’m sorry, but I didn’t find it in your church. I won’t be back.

Its an amazing example. .!!

Two teenagers asked their father if they could go to the theater to watch a movie that all their friends had seen. After reading some reviews about tmovie on the Internet, he denied their request.

"Ah dad, why not?" they complained. "It's rated PG-13, and we're both older than thirteen!" Dad replied: "Because that movie contains nudity and portrays immorality as being normal and acceptable behavior." "But dad, those are just very small parts of the movie! That's what our friends who've seen it have told us. The movie is two hours long and those scenes are just a few minutes of the total film! It's based on a true story and good triumphs over evil, and there are other redeeming themes like courage and self-sacrifice. Even the movie review websites say that!" "My answer is 'no,' and that is my final answer. You are welcome to stay home tonight, invite some of your friends over, and watch one of the good videos we have in our home collection. But you will not go and watch that film. End of discussion." The two teenagers walked dejectedly into the family room and slumped down on the couch. As they sulked, they were surprised to hear the sounds of their father preparing something in the kitchen.

They soon recognized the wonderful aroma of brownies baking in the oven, and one of the teenagers said to the other, "Dad must be feeling guilty, and now he's going to try to make it up to us with some fresh brownies. Maybe we can soften him with lots of praise when he brings them out to us and persuade him to let us go to that movie after all." The teens were not disappointed. Soon their father appeared with a plate of warm brownies, which he offered to his kids. They each took one.

Then their father said, "before you eat, I want to tell you something: I love you both so much."

The teenagers smiled at each other with knowing glances. Dad was softening.

"That is why I've made these brownies with the very best ingredients. I've made them from scratch. Most of the ingredients are even organic; the best organic flour, the best free-range eggs, the best organic sugar, premium vanilla and chocolate."

The brownies looked mouth-watering, and the teens began to become a little impatient with their dad's long speech.
"But I want to be perfectly honest with you. There is one ingredient I added that is not usually found in brownies. I got that ingredient from our own back yard. But you needn't worry, because I only added the tiniest bit of that ingredient to your brownies. The amount of the portion is practically insignificant. So go ahead, take a bite and let me know what you think?
"Dad, would you mind telling us what that mystery ingredient is before we eat?"
"Why? The portion I added was so small, just a teaspoonful. You won't even taste it."
"Come on, dad; just tell us what that ingredient is?"
"Don't worry! It is organic, just like the other ingredients."
"Dad!"
"Well, OK, if you insist. That secret ingredient is organic ... dog poop."
Both teens instantly dropped their brownies back on the plate and began inspecting their fingers with horror.
"Dad! Why did you do that? You've tortured us by making us smell those brownies cooking for the last half hour, and now you tell us that you
added dog poop! We can't eat these brownies!"
"Why not? The amount of dog poop is very small compared to the rest of the ingredients. It won't hurt you. It's been cooked right along with the other ingredients. You won't even taste it. It has the same consistency as the brownies. Go ahead and eat!"
"No, Dad ... Never!"
"And that is the same reason I won't allow you to go watch that movie.
You won't tolerate a little dog poop in your brownies, so why should you tolerate a little immorality in your movies? We pray that God will not lead us unto temptation, so how can we in good
conscience entertain ourselves with something that will imprint a sinful image in our minds that will lead us into temptation long after we first see it?"

Remember, we become de-sensitized a little bit at a time; it is the small and minimal sins that we forget the most.

Will you can defeat him. .?

Time to read.... very nice story..

A man woke up early in order to have his morning devotion . He got dressed, set on his way to the Lord's house.

On his way to the Church , the man fell and his clothes got dirty.. He got up, brushed himself up, and headed home.

At home, he changed his clothes, and was, again, on his way to the Church

On his way to the Church  he fell again and at the same spot! He, again, got up, brushed himself off and headed home. At home he, once again, changed his clothes and was on his way to the Lord's house.

On his way to the Church, he met a man holding a lamp. He asked the man of his identity and the man replied 'I saw you fall twice on your way to the Church, so I brought a lamp so I can light your way.

The first man thanked him profusely and the two went on their way to the Church

Once at the church fellowship,  the first man asked the man with the lamp to come in and offer Prayers with him.

The second man refused.

The first man asked him a couple more times and again, the answer was the same.

The first man asked him why he did not wish to come in and pray.

The man replied, 'I am Satan'. The man was shocked at this reply. Satan went on to explain, 'I saw you on your way to the Church and it was I who made you fall. When you went home, cleaned yourself and went back on your way to the Church "God forgave ALL your sins".

I made you fall a second time, and even that did not encourage you to stay home. But rather, you continued your way to Church. Because of that, "God forgave ALL the sins of the people of your household".

I was afraid if I made you fall one more time, then "God will break ALL the curses and bondages in your family", so I made sure that you reached the Church safely.

Do not put off your prayer time you intend to give for Jesus, as you never know how much reward you might  receive from the hardships you encounter while trying to grow in your spiritual life.

Your righteousness, can save your family and nation at large.

Do this and see the victory of the Lord.
SEEK THE KINGDOM OF GOD IN TRUTH AND THE SATAN IS AT YOUR FEET.

Praise be to the Lord in the highest.

πŸ”΅When you Carry the Bible Satan  gets a Headache.

πŸ”΅When you Open it, he Collapses.

πŸ”΅When he Sees you Reading it, he Faints.

πŸ”΅ When he Sees you are living what you read, he flees.

I Defeated him,
WILL YOU?

Our God is God of second chance

True Testimony of Pastor Benny Hinn at the Gates of Heaven:
Pastor Benny Hinn on his South African tour in April 2016 this Year, gave this shocking testimony, He said this to the shock of everyone in attendance.

I request you to pay attention to this detailed testimony of a renowned servant of God.

He says in 2015, he had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital for heart surgery and while in the hospital, he had a dream and in that dream he found himself in a long queue at the gates of  Heaven and everyone was dressed in a white garment.

At the gate was Jesus, dressed in a shiny sparkling white garment different from everyone  and beside him Pastor Benny Hinn saw a woman that was playing a piano.

Jesus would nod his head in a signal as to whether a person was accepted or denied to enter.

If it was a Yes, the pianist would play glorious melodious Music & the Glorious overwhelming Heavenly Gates would Automatically Open themselves, But if the Entry was Denied, the Pianist would Play such horrible Music & the demons would come to whisk the person away to hell, screaming.

Benny Hinn says, out of the whole Queue, only 20 Percent of Christians entered into Heaven but the Shock is that, all the 80% of People (Christians mostly) were denied Entry.

Pastor Benny Hinn Saw all sorts of Christians & Pastors in the List, But Benny says only 20% of those in the Queue Entered through the Heavenly Gates to meet their God.
The rest were denied entry.

He says Everyone & Everybody was there, small and great trembling in the Queue as they waited in that line to enter.
Revelation 20:11-15.

He says eventually Pastor Benny Hinn's turn came and the pianist knew Pastor Benny and smiled at him in admiration of his world record amongst the Christians on Earth.

But note this seriously.  When Jesus Christ looked at Benny Hinn, the look on Jesus'  face said it all - that Jesus wasn't impressed at  all with Pastor Benny Hinn's Daily Personal Walk with God & Pastor Benny Hinn says his trembling and fear increased the more knowing that he, Benny Hinn wouldn't be able to make it through those gates to heaven.

Then when Jesus was about to make His decision about Pastor Benny Ginn, he woke up with God telling him "Benny Don't blow it up again this time, this is your second chance Pastor Benny Hinn".

He then explained something that every long serving Christian needs to take note of seriously,

He said all through his ministry he had two ministry duties, one was to serve the people with his gift that God has given him i.e. preaching and performing miracles and the other ministry was his personal walk with God i.e. his fellowship with God on everyday basis.

He says but from 2010 as he passed through a divorce, his relationship with God became dead and God was far away.

He says through the divorce he lost about 7 Million Dollars & His House and Benny's Relationship with God was gone totally.

The amazing thing is that he says when he knew that he is no longer with God thus when he saw many miracles in his ministry.

He says that, because he is a great pretender so he pretended before the people as if he is with God and yet he was not. (remember the gifts of God are without repentance that is to say whether you are with God or not the gift will still work, but to enter the gates of Heaven it will be your relationship with God i.e. your right standing with God through Jesus Christ) "

As to pretence, it is not only Pastor Benny Hinn but any long serving Christian becomes used to the things of God and eventually pretence becomes his everyday walk before the people and one minds more of the degree and opinion that the crowds hold on him than what God says" Pastor Benny Hinn now condemns the selling of anointing oils and holy waters and any thing of God that today pastors sell in churches to make money.

He says since God has given him a second chance his focus is no longer on the crowds and their opinions but on his personal relationship with God so that he may enter that gate.

The question is if Pastor Benny Hinn was trembling and sweating at the gate in fear that he would not make it, what about you when you will face the gate.

If we think because of our long serving in the church, or preaching, or works or miracle performance, I think he has out done most of us and yet God's acceptance at the gate is not based on these. "Phil 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling."

God has not given Pastor Benny Hinn alone this second chance but the whole body of Christ world wide to walk home into his arms through his grace and mercy before the door closes which is very shortly.

God has used Pastor Benny Hinn in this case because of his influence and public opinion that people have on him and of how much an individual would then realize of his short fall before that gate. Its time to seek repentance before God, its time to drop down titles given by men in search for God's mercy that enables one to enter through that gate

. Its time for evangelizing and awakening of our souls.

Can Christian drink alcohol. .?!!

Image result for bible pics

******CAN A CHRISTIAN DRINK.???*****

I received this and wish to share

When an European Airline was initially launched, an educated Christian gentleman was Traveling in the first class section.

An air hostess approached him with a complimentary drink, this was an alcoholic drink so that man politely refused.

The air hostess returned but this time bought the drink on a platter, designed to appeal and impress. However the Christian man again politely refused, explaining he doesn't drink alcohol.

The air hostess was concerned and informed the manager.
The manager approached the man with another platter, now designed with flowers, he questioned, “is there something wrong with our service? please enjoy the drink, it is a complimentary offer.”

The man replied, “I am a Christian and I do not drink alcohol.” The manager still insisted that the man take the drink.

Then, the Christian proposed that the manager should give the drink to the pilot first. The manager stated, “how can the pilot drink alcohol, he’s on duty!

And if he drinks there are all chances for the plane to crash”.

The passenger nearly shedding tears shook his head and replied, “I am a Christian and I am ALWAYS on duty in order to protect my FAITH and if I Drink Alcohol I will crash my whole life here and hereafter.
I AM 100% ON DUTY!

BillyGraham's daughter interview

Plz read
Billy Graham's  daughter was interviewed on the  Early Show and  Jane Clayson asked herTV "How could God let  something like this happen?" (regarding the  attacks on Sept. 11).  Anne Graham gave  an extremely profound and insightful  response. She said "I believe God is deeply saddened by  this, just as we are, but for years we've been  telling God to get out of our schools, to get  out of our government and to get  out of our  lives.  And being the  gentleman He is, I believe He has  calmly backed out.  How can we expect God to give us His  blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us  alone?"  In light of recent  events...terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I  think it started when Madeleine  Murray O'Hare (she  was murdered, her body found recently)  complained she didn't want prayer in our  schools, and we said OK.  Then someone said  you better not read the Bible in school .... the  Bible says thou shalt not kill,  thou shalt not  steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we  said OK. Then Dr. Benjamin  Spock said we shouldn't spank our children  when they misbehave  because their  little personalities would be  warped and we  might damage their self-esteem  (Dr. Spock's son  committed suicide). We said an expert should know  what he's talking about. And we said  OK.  Now we're asking  ourselves why our children  have no  conscience, why they don't know right  from wrong, and  why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers,  their classmates, and themselves.  Probably, if we  think about it long and hard  enough, we can  figure it out. I think it has a  great deal to do  with "WE REAP WHAT WE  SOW."  Funny how simple  it is for people to trash God  and then wonder  why the world's going to hell. Funny how we  believe what the newspapers say,  but question what  the Bible says.  Funny how you can  send 'jokes' through e-mail  and they spread  like wildfire but when you start  sending messages  regarding the Lord, people think twice about  sharing.  Funny how lewd,  crude, vulgar and obscene  articles pass  freely through cyberspace, but  public discussion  of God is suppressed in the  school and  workplace.  Are you  laughing?  Funny how when you  forward this message, you  will not send it  to many on your address list  because you're not  sure what they believe, or what they WILL  think,  of you for sending it. Funny how we can  be more worried about what  other people think  of us than what God thinks of  us.  Pass it on if you  think it has merit. If not  then just discard  it... no  one will know  you did. But, if  you discard this thought  process, don't sit  back and complain  about what bad  shape the world is in.
